Q:Can ORS Route traffic to devices on the same LAN as ORS

A: Yes, but your device needs to have a route towards the 4G/5G subnet (the data PDN IP subnet). All traffic coming from UE's connected to the ORS will be routed to the backhaul ORS is connected to by default, so ORS will route traffic coming from UE's to a device connected on the same LAN as ORS. However for the packet to go back from your device to the UE you will need to make sure your device knows to route packets for the 4G/5G ORS subnet via the ORS. Then, the ORS will forward it back to the UE.

You can check what the 4G/5G subnet is by going to your Core Network service and checking the "PDN.internet-sim-ipv4" parameter. For instance if the 4G/5G subnet is 172.22.0.0/18 and the ORS IP is 192.168.1.10 then you will need to add the following route on your device: 172.22.0.0/18 via 192.168.1.10

Q:Can ORS route traffic between subnets behind 4G / 5G routers

A: It is fully supported in IPv6 but requires remote support from us in IPv4. First find your SIM Card on the panel, then click "Update Parameters" and find the "Route List" parameter. With this parameter you will be able to add IPv4 or IPv6 routes to add a route towards a subnet via a UE in the core network. If you are using IPv6 then you will have nothing more to do, however for IPv4 routes an extra step will need to be done remotely from our side to add the route on the ORS Linux kernel, so please create a ticket to let us know.
