Q: How to understand the relations of Project(s), User Account(s) and ORS item(s) on Rapid.Space NMS platform?

A: Within a project: Multiple ORS devices and multiple accounts can coexist. Each account can configure the 4G/5G services of specific ORS units (currently one account per ORS, changing in next update). All accounts in the same project can request SIM cards on any ORS in that project - but they can't see each other's SIM cards. 

Across projects: One account can belong to multiple projects. If a client needs an ORS to be completely isolated, it's better to place it in a separate project. 

Coming soon: The panel update will allow multiple accounts to share and configure the same ORS. 

To be more specific: 

- A project can have multiple ORS;
- A project can have multiple user accounts;
- All user accounts on a single project can request SIM Cards on all the ORS of the project, but they can't see SIM Cards requested by other user accounts;
- Currently, only one user account can see and configure the 4G/5G services of an ORS; In the next big panel update, multiple user accounts can share the management of one ORS; 
- One user account can be attached to multiple projects.
